I think this is a big big lost clue. I found it linked to one of the many ABC/Lost Sites. Note the faded Bunker Map in the background.
I've felt that time travel had something to do with the LOST story. There have been other hints too. Although this picture is hard to understand, at least the equations are, but the big clue is there.
